Joanna Trading was established in Battersea in 1982, and today it is one of the largest residential interior-design companies in London, attracting a global clientele. There is a highly trained team of 20 at her SW1 offices, with an ethos of ‘never to forget for whom we are working’. Joanna Trading was the winner in the Design & Architecture Awards 2012.
The team’s recently completed and current projects include: a private house in Holland Park with a spa; the All England Tennis Club; the restoration of a Grade II-listed building in Gloucestershire; a private chalet in Switzerland; and a development in St James’s for The Crown Estate.
What’s your tip for a great interiors find?
‘At in the King’s Road, you can buy anything from beautiful antique French napkins to more serious, larger pieces of furniture. It’s a complete Aladdin’s cave.’
